  • Monday – 6:30-7:30pm
  • Tuesday – 5:30-6:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm
  • Wednesday – 5:30-6:00 (Foam rolling) , 6:00-7:00pm
  • Thursday – 6:30-7:30pm
  • Friday – 5:15-6:15pm
  • Saturday – 8:30am-9:30am

Nolan Kilby, PFTA Certified

Nolan is excited to help clients discover the many benefits of exercise and resistance training, as well as help his clients to realize and reach their fitness goals. His goal is to create diverse fitness programs that can build muscle, increase bone density, boost metabolism, increase energy levels, and improve overall quality of life. 

 

 

Jared Munday, Certified Personal Trainer

As a NASM and NFPT certified personal trainer, Jared strives to help clients obtain excellent results by setting fitness goals and creating exercises where clients can reach their maximum potential. Through sharing his passion for fitness and overall wellness, he hopes to inspire clients to view exercise as a lifestyle rather than a phase.

Leon Miller, Certified Personal Trainer

We Our Proud to Welcome Our Newest Member to the Team… Leon Miller! Having worked as both a thearpist and trainer Leon has developed a passion to help others to be the best they can be. Leon served for six years in the US Air Force. He also worked as a Respiratory Therapist for over ten years. Leon has experience in training clients of all ages and with special needs.
