Our mission: To assist in your development of a healthy mind and body. By combining our services, we can create a unique, individualized Total Wellness Plan just for you.
It’s that time of year again for the Total Wellness 5K. The race is $25 registration fee and it will be at Arbor Trails 7:30am on August 31, 2013 the proceeds from the race will go towards research and education about Lymes Disease in Texas, The TBDA.
